Use the Cable SMC/EMC/AMC to RED WEAPON (1.6') from ARRI to connect an ARRI lens motor controller to a RED DSMC2 Jetpack or DSMC2 V-Lock I/O Expander on your RED WEAPON camera rig. This cable is compatible with SMC (single motor), EMC (ENG motor), and AMC (ALEXA Mini) motor controllers.
Note:
This cable is for use with the DSMC2 Jetpack or DSMC2 V-Lock I/O Expander only. DO NOT use it with the RED DSMC2 Base Expander or with the RED EPIC. Be sure to follow the camera settings outlined in the RED WEAPON manual.

When using this cable with the RED DSMC2 Jetpack/V-Lock I/O Expander, choose the following settings on your RED WEAPON:
Menu>Settings>Setup>GPIO Synch: "Brain GPIO"
SW in High: "Key Disabled"
SW in Low: "Record: Toggle"
GPO Function: "Recording Indicator Out"
