The Tube Cross Plate for AX1 and Titan from Astera is an accessory that can hold four Wingplates parallel to it and has a 5/8" baby pin welded on its underside for 5/8" receivers. To support the tubes, separately-purchased AX1-WP wingplates and AX-1H metal holders are required.
