The Chrosziel MagNum Mini Kit with CDM-100S Motor is a single-channel wireless focus control system suited for handheld, gimbal, drone, Steadicam, and most other applications. The kit includes the MagNum receiver, CDM-100S 15/19mm rod-mount digital lens motor, transmitter hand unit, power/mounting accessories, and a hard carry case measuring just above 15 x 12".
The receiver offers 11 selectable 2.4 GHz RF channels and up to 330' RF transmission (depending on the environment). In a highly compact housing, it features one-channel focus control with a power booster for enhanced motor drive, auto motor calibration for cine lenses (manual for photo lenses), and LEMO start/stop input ports.
The transmitter hand unit provides four assignable user keys with recall and a record start/stop key. A high-contrast multicolor OLED display on the transmitter indicates status and other settings, while ergonomic hand/finger supports on the left and a large handwheel on the right allow you to dial in precise focus adjustments. The handwheel operates with stepless adjustable dampening while also offering two freely adjustable mechanical end stops and a wheel lock.
The Chrosziel MagNum Mini Receiver provides single-channel focus control and has a power booster that ensures enhanced motor drive. The MagNum Mini Receiver has a compact design suited for gimbal, handheld, drone, and Steadicam applications, yet it still has the punch to provide fast and accurate adjustments. It can be controlled by the optional MN-100T, MN-150T, or MN-200T MagNum Transmitter Hand Unit from up to 328' away. Together the receiver and hand unit are compatible with most major digital lens motors, including the Chrosziel CDM-100S digital motor.
The Chrosziel MagNum 100 Single-Channel Transmitter Hand Unit is a 2.4 GHz wireless transmitter for the MagNum system. It features an ergonomically shaped handgrip and finger rest for comfortable operation, menu-guided intuitive handling through membrane keys, and a color OLED display. For focus control, a fluid-dampened hand wheel is provided, which spreads the focus range of any lens to one full turn of the wheel. Five 1/4"-20 mounting holes on the hand unit let you mount it to tripods stands or even attach an external monitor.
Designed for gimbal and drone setups, Chrosziel's CDM-100S Digital Motor is small at only 19mm in diameter and features an integrated 27.6" LEMO 7-pin 0B cable for connecting to 3rd party systems, such as those from FREEFLY, Redrock, and more. Since this motor utilizes a horizontal design and an integrated cable, it can be kept to a low profile when size and weight, or lack thereof, are of prime importance. This motor includes a 19mm clamp with a 15mm adapter for LWS compatibility and two MOD 0.8 gears; one 1.6" and one 2.4" in diameter to compensate for recessed lens control rings.
The Chrosziel MN-RMB1 Mounting Bracket for MagNum Receiver is designed to attach a MagNum receiver onto a camera's cold or hot shoe. It is compatible with MN-100R and MN-200R MagNum receivers. The bracket is attached to the receiver via 2 locking screws.
The MN-BAT MagNum Remote Control Battery is a rechargeable Li-Ion battery for the MagNum wireless lens control unit and is recharged by the MN-CH battery charger (not included).
The D-Tap Power Cable for MagNum from Chrosziel is a power cable designed for use with the MagNum camera and lens remote control. It will also work with the Aladin II and AL2-INTF systems. Plug the D-Tap end into the power source and the 5-pin LEMO end into the receiver for powering.
This Chrosziel Case is a hard case with a protective foam insert for the MagNum lens control. It is designed to fit the unit along with a motor, all motor cables, and a D-Tap power cable.
