Cinematic, Painterly Look
Equip your full-frame ARRI PL-mount camera with the Arles 18mm T1.4 FF/VV Prime Cine Lens from DZOFilm to capture consistently sharp, natural-looking imagery. This prime lens has an aperture range of T1.4 to T22, offering excellent low-light capture and an arrestingly shallow depth of field. A 16-blade iris and optical construction of multiple grouped elements provide a soft, natural bokeh and high-quality imagery.
Large-Format Coverage
  • The Arles series lenses have a 46.5mm image circle, providing compatibility with large-format sensors, including full-frame and VistaVision cameras.
  • The resulting increase in light transmission creates enhanced depth and dimension in your images.
Painterly Rendering
Use the Arles series lenses at maximum aperture to create a soft, lower contrast look with slightly swirling peripheral bokeh. A multilayer nano coating enables precise flare control, minimal ghosting, and exceptional color accuracy.
Minimal Breathing and Aberration
  • Floating elements minimize breathing during focus shifts.
  • The inclusion of aspherical elements helps to improve low-light capture.
  • Precision manufacturing includes low-dispersion optical materials that reduce chromatic aberration.
Interchangeable PL Mount
This ARRI PL-mount lens can be used with a separately available Canon EF mount, offering compatibility with a wide range of cine-style, mirrorless, and DSLR cameras. The Arles lenses are compatible with KOOP magnetic rear filters and various optical adapters.
Consistency Across Series
A 95mm outer diameter lets you incorporate different matte boxes or filters into your camera configuration. Each lens in the Arles series has a cine-style design with 0.8 MOD focus and aperture gears. Thanks to similar gearing and outer diameters across the range of lenses, switching between focal lengths is a breeze. The focus ring rotates 270°, and the iris ring 77° for intuitive manual adjustments.
