Use the single space gray Aluminum Rod Adapter Bushing from Kondor Blue to mount rod accessories meant for 15mm rods onto 19mm rods. The collared design allows the rods to be secure within the bushing and not pass entirely through. The adapter is compatible with any rod of corresponding diameter.
