The versatile form-fitted cage is meticulously crafted to match the prowess of the Lumix S1R II and also works with the S1 II and S1E II, boasting enhanced strength and rigidity for optimal performance while retaining full access to all camera buttons and functions. Equipped with built-in NATO rails for secure and quick mounting of essential accessories, the cage also features a spring-loaded safety pin that prevents sliding issues when using cold shoe-mounted gear. Nested strap loop inserts ensure solid attachment to the camera body, while 30+ threaded holes provide a variety of mounting options for accessories that employ 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, or M4 attachment screws.
The cage's mode dial switch extension allows it to be easily adjusted to work in different shooting modes and orientations, and a strategically placed mid-rail provides additional support when working with larger rig builds. A 60-tooth ARRI-type rosette facilitates the attachment of a separately available side handle and an integrated bubble level to ensure accurate and level framing when placing the camera on a tripod, especially on uneven terrains. Conveniently tucked within the design of the cage are two Allen keys for making quick adjustments on the go.
