Styled in white, the Sennheiser MEB 114-S is a wired boundary microphone useful for capturing audio in applications such as conferences, teleconferences, presentations in boardrooms, lecture halls, school auditoriums, and other similar scenarios. This mic is designed to maintain speech intelligibility, so it's suited for vocals. It sits atop tables, lecterns, and the like, making installation a breeze.
The MEB 144-S offers a programmable button on the enclosure, which can be set to push-to-talk, push-to-mute, On/Off, or permanent On. Under the boundary mic is a TTL logic output that can be utilized to activate camera or media control systems. For audio connections, the mic employs a mini XLR termination. The mic operates in a cardioid polar pattern and ships with a 9.8' cable.
