The SWIT PB-S290S is a high-capacity 290Wh (14.4V) V-Mount cine battery featuring multiple power outputs, 200W high-load performance, fast charging support, and an OLED status display. Compact yet powerful, it is ideal for long-duration ENG, cinema, and high-consumption camera setups.
The SWIT PB-S290S 290Wh Multi-Sockets Square Cine Battery is engineered for professional cinema and broadcast applications requiring extended runtime and high-load performance. With a rated voltage of 14.4V and a large 290Wh (20.1Ah) capacity, the PB-S290S can power standard ENG cameras for approximately 10 hours and ARRI ALEXA cameras for around 3.5 hours.
Built with 24 premium 18650 high-load Li-ion cells, the battery delivers a consistent 200W / 16A output—even at 1% remaining capacity—ensuring reliable performance for power-hungry cameras and accessories. Compared to standard batteries, its high-load cells provide improved durability and longevity under sustained heavy output.
The PB-S290S features four D-Tap outputs (each supporting 10A / 120W) and one USB 5V/2A output, allowing simultaneous powering of multiple on-camera devices such as monitors, wireless transmitters, and follow focus systems.
Fast charging capability supports up to 6A using SWIT PC-P461S or S-3812S chargers, reducing charging time by over 50%. The battery reaches 80% in approximately 2.5 hours and fully charges in about 3.8 hours.
An integrated OLED display provides real-time information including remaining capacity percentage, estimated runtime, and battery cycle count. The battery also supports viewfinder information display on SONY and RED cameras. Advanced protection circuitry safeguards against overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, and temperature extremes, ensuring safe operation and extended service life.
Compact and shorter than standard V/Gold mount batteries, the PB-S290S fits seamlessly on most professional camera rigs.
