Combining a vintage feel with high-quality modern optics, the Simera 21mm f/1.4 Lens brings an expansive, wide-angle perspective to Thypoch's full-frame Simera lens series. Embodying optical refinement, the Simera 21mm contains two aspherical, three high-refractive index, and three extra-low dispersion elements that combine to minimize chromatic aberration and distortion.
The Simera 21mm features a manual focus design with a minimum focus distance of 9.1" and an aperture control ring that operates in both clicked and de-clicked modes. The 14-blade iris provides a versatile aperture range of f/1.4 to f/16, allowing strong performance in low-light conditions and clean, rounded bokeh. With its intricate 13-element, 11-group design and excellent distortion control, the Simera 21mm f/1.4 is the ideal wide-angle lens for capturing sharp, true-to-life landscapes and portraits on Leica M-mount cameras.
