The EOS R Mount Adapter Support, in black, attaches to the front of the Tilta camera cage for the Canon R5/R6 to provide support for an EOS R lens mount adapter. The attachment screw holes are slotted to allow a bit of vertical adjustment for compatibility with virtually all adapters.
