The card can be monitored using the openGear DashBoard software on a macOS, Windows, or Linux computer.

The card supports format-agnostic video at bandwidth speeds from 150 Mb/s to 3 Gb/s. Its features include automatic detection, re-clocking, pass-through, input/SMPTE lock LEDs, and a 1310 nm wavelength. The card takes up two slots in the openGear frame, consumes 2.5W of power, and it is hot-swap capable.
