Benro GAC502PRO Aluminum Tiltable Center Column
The GAC502PRO Aluminum Tiltable Center Column from Benro is an aluminum center column adapter that allows almost any tripod's center column to be extended laterally from a 90-degree horizontal or to add a vertical extension. One end of the center column has a 3/8"-16 male stud for use with most tripod heads, and the other end features groove to fit a sandbag or other ballast. An object can be hung at the end to enhance balance and stability.
The built-in quick release plate base of the GAC502PRO is designed with and Arca-type mount that can be used with Arca-type tripod heads and other receivers. Two anti-slip safety screws are on the bottom of the plate to prevent accidental release. The bottom of the base plate also features additional 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points, allowing it to be mounted to a video quick release plate or a number of other options.
