The white P100 1080p Full NDI PTZ Camera from BirdDog is an entry-level Full NDI indoor PTZ camera based on their custom NDI silicon chip. The P100 captures up to 1080p60 resolution and offers 10x optical zoom, ideal for small to midsize meeting rooms and environments. The camera features simultaneous 3G-SDI, HDMI, USB 2.0, and NDI outputs, allowing you to integrate into an NDI workflow and/or use legacy SDI equipment. The camera is also compatible with the optional BirdDog Central software, which helps you decode NDI back to SDI.

In the world of NDI there are two flavors, NDI and NDI|HX. NDI is a variable bit rate, I-Frame codec that is reaches around 140 Mb/s at 1080p60 and is visually lossless. NDI|HX is a compressed, long-GOP, H.264 variant that reaches around 12 Mb at 1080p60. The P100 is a Full NDI camera.
