Compatible with the nearly ubiquitous 501 QR plate, the HV-01 is made from aluminum and locks securely into your compatible tripod head. It includes a 1/4"-20 captive tie-down screw, but you can swap out an optional 3/8"-16 screw for heavier loads as the plate supports cameras weighing up to 11 lb. Simple to operate, with the push of a button that unlocks it from its folded position, an additional lock holds the plate secure when deployed, tilting your camera 90° on its side.
