Add a remote camera location to your LiveU broadcast with the LU300SE Encoder Unit. The LU300SE is the most basic field unit offering from LiveU, providing H.265/H.264 encoding over wireless and wired Ethernet streaming. It supports streaming up to 4K 10-bit HDR video, with bandwidth up to 30 Mb/s. This model does not feature the internal cellular modems like its sibling, the LU300S, so it is lighter and more compact.

The unit features HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs from your camera, and it connects remotely to your LiveU broadcasting server via Wi-Fi or via Ethernet connectivity. The LU300SE includes a carry pouch, a power adapter, and a BNC cable. Optional accessories such as battery plates and a tally light are available separately.

Differences between LU300S and LU300SE

The main operational difference between the LU300S and the LU300SE is that the LU300SE does not include any internal cellular modules and is thus lighter than the LU300S. Beyond this, they are essentially the same, with the same GUI, functionality, and method of operation.

SD Card Recording

The unit can record the stream onto an optional microSD card. The microSD card must be at least a 4GB, Class 10 microSD card from an established manufacturer. The LU300SE supports SD cards of up to 512GB.
