The 12.6" pads cover nearly the entire upper leg section and, at only 8 oz, the weight addition to your tripod is negligible. Thanks to the conveniently integrated touch-fastener seams, the covers are quickly and easily installed for use, or removed for cleaning. Their neoprene base is soft to the touch and provides a temperature neutral surface for the operator to hold in any weather.
