The DK4A has been engineered to provide smooth, detailed speech and dialog and features a flat, low-profile design that makes it visually discreet and easily concealed in clothing or costumes. Its omnidirectional polar pattern picks up sound from all directions, allowing it to capture speech consistently, even if the mic is not pointed directly at the subject.

The DK4A includes foam windscreens for indoor use and furry windscreens with elastic fastening clips for effective wind noise reduction during outdoor shoots. A soft case is supplied for safe and convenient transport of the mic and its accessories.
