Styled in black, the MEB 102 from Sennheiser is a boundary microphone that is designed to be mounted inconspicuously in tabletops or ceiling tiles. Once installed, the mic can capture audio. It is particularly suitable for speech, as the capsule has been tuned to preserve vocal intelligibility. Use this mic in conference rooms, boardrooms, lecture halls, school auditoriums, and more.
The mic offers an omnidirectional polar pattern and a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz. It's powered by 24 to 48V phantom power, and terminates in a standard 3-pin XLR-M connector. A set of mounting material is included.
