Wirelessly transmit up to 1080p60 video from your PTZ camera with the black Orbit PTZ HD 3G-SDI/HDMI Wireless Transmitter from Teradek. The Orbitz PTZ allows you to transmit video from a 3G-SDI or HDMI input to the Orbitz PTZ receiver with less than 1 ms of latency. The four included antennas transmit a powerful line-of-sight signal up to 1000' away. It can transmit over the free 5 GHz frequency band as well as the 4.9 GHz public safety frequency band.

The Orbit PTZ transmitter supports cross conversion from HDMI 2.0 input to SDI loop output, HDR workflows, 10-bit 4:2:2 via 3G-SDI and HDMI. The transmitter can input video resolutions up to 4K60, but will wirelessly transmit up to 1080p60 video to the receiver. PTZ control is achieved through the RS-232 and RS-422 PTZ control ports that support Visca and Panasonic AW control protocols. Its bright OLED screen shows current settings and frequencies, and it features a tally light on the front of the unit. The transmitter can also connect with the Teradek Control app for iOS or Android via Bluetooth for configuration.

Power is provided using the 4-pin DC power input, and power can be provided to the PTZ camera with the looping 4-pin DC power output. The transmitter supports up to six receivers, and you can operate up to six transmitters in the same area along with Wi-Fi or 5 GHz appliances with the help of the noise-rejection feature. It also features built-in AES-256 encryption with RSA-1024 key exchange.

The transmitter unit can be mounted or secured underneath your PTZ camera due to its flat design, and the 3/8"-16 mounting thread on the bottom can also be used. Included with the transmitter are power cords, an AC adapter, a 4-pin XLR to D-Tap cable, a 3/8"-16 to lightstand adapter, an 18" HDMI cable, an 8" SDI cable, and a set of mounting hardware.
