D-Box Plus: Power and Video

Add an array of power options, video outputs, hot swap capability, and a run/stop connection to your ARRI ALEXA Mini or Mini LF rig using the D-Box Plus from Wooden Camera and a single V-mount battery. This upgrade to the standard D-Box provides power to both your camera and its accessories while passing through backup AC power for hot swapping using a full-size 4-pin XLR port.

Distribution and Breakout Box

This V-mount distribution and breakout box provides power distribution for the ARRI ALEXA Mini/Mini LF camera and accessories.

4-Pin XLR DC Input

• An industry-standard 4-pin XLR port accepts an 11-17V input range and enables hot-swapping of a V-mount battery
• When a DC source is connected via the 4-pin XLR, the plate prioritizes that input to run the camera and the accessories and only switches to the battery when the DC source is disconnected

Multiple Outputs

A versatile array of accessory power outputs includes:

• One 5V USB-A
• One EXT port
• Two 2-pin 12V LEMO
• Two 12V D-Tap ports

Overcurrent Protection

• A slide switch lets you select 3.8, 5.8, or 9A accessory power output
• If the selected current is exceeded, the D-Box automatically shuts down the accessories
• The camera remains running if the current is exceeded

Run/Stop Support

Two 3-pin Fischer ports offer run/stop trigger support with a built-in regulator converting the battery voltage to 24V.

Video Outputs

This versatile distribution box incorporates:

• Three HD-SDI video ports
• Two HDMI video ports
• The SDI ports support up to 1080p/i signals

Note: PsF signals and 4K input are not supported.

Versatile Mounting

Attach the D-Box to a Wooden Camera battery slide, battery swing bracket, 15 or 19mm rod clamps, or the ARRI BAP-1.
