The tiny metal fluid head features a flat 37mm base for mounting onto a separately available compact tripod using its 3/8"-16 base thread, which can also convert to a 1/4"-20 thread with the included screw insert. Its maximum load capacity is 6.61 lb, and it only weighs 12.7 oz, ideal for travel.

The compact head features an Arca-type quick release plate with a 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw for quick changing of your camera rig. It has a tilt range of -90 to 55°, it can pan a full 360°, and it features independent pan and tilt locks. The included pan handle can be installed on either the right or left side of the head, and it features a bubble level. An Allen wrench is included to help tighten the plate onto your rig, and it stores within the head.
