Presented as a set of six (three black and three white), the Lav Concealer for Rode Lavalier Mic from Bubblebee Industries is for mounting your Rode Lavalier lapel microphones (available separately) on the body or in clothing or costumes, making it ideal for broadcast, theater, and television production.
This soft, pliable mount also acts as a shockmount and barrier, protecting the microphone capsule from vibrations and friction, and giving you cleaner audio quality. In addition, each Lav Concealer includes a customizable clothing clip, a wire fabric guard, and six pieces of LAV Concealer tape.
Creates Space
Keeps material away from the microphone capsule. For use in tight spaces under or in clothing and for protecting the mic from friction noise and vibrations
Shock Absorbing
Uses a molded rubber compound made for vibration and friction absorption, while the metal clothing clip and fabric guard prevent the transmission of vibration to the concealer
Nonreflective Finish
Black and white models utilize a nonreflective matte finish for discrete hiding
Customizable Clip
The removable wire clothing clip allows you to mount it from the front, back, top, or bottom of the Lav Concealer
Wire Fabric Guard
The removable wire fabric guard keeps fabric from touching the capsule. The combination of wire and rubber materials act as excellent friction absorbers, cutting any transmission of friction to the mic capsule
