Part of the super knuckle system, this cnc machined aluminum ball with3/8in-16 screw and arri locating pins prevents equipment from rotating after mounting. This feature is a widely used connection in the video and cinema industries regularly found on camera cages. A knurled tightening knob can be tightened by hand via the thumbscrew, and can provide for easy quick release. A #3 allen key can also be used to re-tighten if necessary.
