This Brilliant² Rota-Streak Filter from Lindsey Optics adds an in-camera 6mm two-point streak effect to bright lights and highlights in a scene, without adding any color to the effect. Its frame is compatible with most 6.6 x 6.6" matte boxes. Rotate the filter from either side of the lens, either manually or by using a motor, to orient the filter's effect in your desired position.
