This Tray Mount FSND Filter from Lindsey Optics is a 4 x 5.65" Neutral Density filter that is mounted in a 4 x 5.65" tray compatible with most cine matte boxes, such as ARRI, Bright Tangerine, Tilta, and Wooden Camera. This is a Full Spectrum Neutral Density (FSND) filter, which cuts or attenuates the full spectrum of light, including visible, UV, and infrared, limiting the concern over IR pollution or UV haze effect on digital sensors. A Broadband Multi-Layer Anti-Reflection Coating (MC Coating) prevents unwanted reflections on the filter and between filters in the matte box. Tray Mount FSND Filters are significantly faster to use than conventional glass-only filters that must be removed from a pouch and placed in a tray, simply pull it out of the pouch and slide it into your matte box. There is no need to slide the glass filter into a tray before using. Less handling of the glass means less cleaning and faster filter changes.
