This is a Manfrotto 270BSU Black Zinc-Plated Steel Stand. It has four sections, three risers. If the surface is uneven, as on a hill, or stairs, extend and lock the third "lazy" leg to give the proper support without having to add apple boxes. Its load capacity is 29.76 lbs (13.5 kg) at maximum extension at 6° incline. On level ground, at minimum extension, its capacity is 88 lbs (40kg).
