Designed by a photographer to simplify studio workflows, the Gatorbuddy Rolling V-Flat Holder from Matthews is a compact, sturdy, and mobile support base for versatile positioning of V-flats, reflectors, or bounce and fill cards. Threads and mounts of multiple sizes, including three aluminum baby risers with 5/8" baby pins, make the four-wheeled base a versatile set tool for ingenious problem solving.
The Gatorbuddy has a load capacity of 50 lb and two lockable wheels for secure mounting of third-party accessories. The V-flat holder has an adjustable angle and a channel to accommodate foam core up to 3/4" thick. Four threaded inserts are centrally configured on the base plate of the Gatorbuddy in order to accept a junior wall plate, therefore creating a durable, rolling, space saving rig. It is machined from rigid steel to provide optimum longevity even after heavy use in the studio, and is finished in the same black powder coating characteristic of many Matthews grip products. When you've wrapped for the day, the Gatorbuddy sports convenient slots for hanging on a pegboard.
