The Pipe Spreader from Matthews is a 2-piece system that allows positioning a pipe between two flat surfaces like ceilings or walls. Both pieces have a receiver that accepts 1-1/4" pipe and a flat welded plate base. One of the pieces has a telescoping action to tighten the pipe's fit between the surfaces.
