The Ring Platform X-Type (Part No. 314408) is a large circular operator platform designed specifically for the Panther X-Type Dolly. Mounted around the dolly column, it provides a secure 360° standing area, allowing camera operators to move freely around the column while maintaining stable footing during shots. The platform is intended to enhance operator comfort and maneuverability, especially when using the High-Low Turnstile and column lift functions. It must be used in conjunction with the Foldable Column Platform Set (314402).
