From tight interior spaces to vast landscapes, the Venus Optics Laowa 12-24mm f/5.6 Zoom Lens lets you compose your shots with ease. Designed for Leica M-mount mirrorless cameras, this compact and lightweight lens is an excellent choice for landscape, cityscape, and architectural shooting. Well-suited for travel photography, the lens also features a 5.9" minimum focusing distance for dramatic wide-angle macro shots. Additionally, the lens is engineered with five aperture blades, which create dynamic 10-point sun stars when shooting towards a strong light source.

The lens's optical design incorporates both extra-low dispersion and aspherical elements in order to correct a variety of aberrations and distortions for sharper, clearer image quality and accurate color rendering. Additionally, a Frog Eye Coating has been applied to repel dust and moisture from the front element of the lens to benefit working in trying environmental conditions.

  • Especially sleek design measures just 2.7 x 3.3" and weighs approximately 1 lb.
  • Three extra-low dispersion elements reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing for increased clarity and color neutrality. Two aspherical elements are also featured to limit spherical aberrations for improved sharpness.
