The LPL-mount ARRI 1.7x Signature Zoom Extender is specifically designed for the 65-300mm Signature Zoom and the 280mm Signature Prime lenses. It extends the focal length range of the lens by a factor of 1.7 with a loss of 1.6 T-stops. The 1.7x Extender transfers lens metadata to select cameras using ARRI's LDS-2 (Lens Data System) protocol. This extender attaches between the camera's LPL mount and the LPL mount of the lens.
