With a wide 120° beam spread, the Astera Titan Tube RGB LED Tube Light is ideal for creating a soft direct light on your subject for use as an accent light or design element on location or on set. Suitable for cine, theatrical, and event productions, the wireless tube is powered by an integrated battery that will give you 20 hours of runtime on a three-hour charge. The light outputs up to 785 lux at 3.3' (4000K) and features 16 LED emitters in a 3.4' long tube that you can mount onto a set or on a stand, hang from a grid, or even hold in your bare hand. The Titan Tube has an impressive CRI/TLCI rating of 96/96, indicating high accuracy in the rendition of color. It uses RGB, mint, and amber LEDs as well as hue, saturation, and intensity control to access millions of custom colors.
Color and control are at the heart of the Titan Tube's design. The tube has an expansive white light range of 1750 to 20,000K to seamlessly blend into any ambient light situation or just exercise creative expression. You can make these adjustments locally on the fixture, or remotely via several ways such as from a console with Titan Tube wired to it. Wireless DMX, CRMX, and other types of units can adjust functions at distances up to 990'. There's also an AsteraApp that lets you control the light via Bluetooth and IR control via an optional remote. The Titan Tube ships without a power supply. Choose between an optional AC adapter and a PowerBox.
The PowerBox for Titan Tubes charges eight LED tubes simultaneously, although up to ten Titan Tubes can be connected to each PowerBox with a special power+data cable. The maximum cable length is 49'. The PowerBox has a powerCON True1 input and output and a 5-pin XLR input and output, while it also has an RJ45 port for Art-Net and sACN protocols whose signals it converts to DMX. Designed to be used on the floor or hung from a truss, it has a 3/8"-16 thread that can be removed to allow 1/2" clamps to be attached, as well as tapped holes for safety wires. The PowerBox comes with eight 14.6" charging cables.
The Foldable Stand for LED Tube Lights supports Astera AX1, FP1, and FP2 tubes in a vertical position, very close to the floor, for low-angle shooting. The three legs nest together into a compact form for space-efficient packing.
An essential accessory for mounting on Super Clamps or any piece of grip gear with female threads, the Baby Pin Double-Ended Spigot from Astera has 1/4"-20 threads at one end and 3/8"-16 threads at the other for mounting onto clamping gear and support lights with a 5/8" receiver. The stainless steel pin is 2.7" long and compatible with the AX3 bracket, AX3 housing, AX5 bracket, AX1 Holder, AX1 Wing Plate, and more.
This M5 Eyebolt for Ax1 Pixel, Helios, Titan and Hyperion Tubes from Astera screw into the tube and allow it to be suspended without a frame. They can also be used for suspending four tubes via safety wire.
This Metal Holder for Mounting Astera Tubes is used to mount FP1, FP2, and FP3 tubes to walls, truss and other structures. They can can also be secured with spax screws.
