It covers full-frame sensors and has a consistent T2.4 maximum aperture across the series.

Anamorphic Cooke Look

This AP3 85mm lens produces a balanced look with a strong central image structure, balanced tones, and minimal artifacts.

Full-Frame Coverage

Featuring a consistent T2.4 maximum and nine-blade aperture, the AP3 prime series covers up to full-frame camera sensors.

Interchangeable Sony E Mount

This lens comes with an interchangeable Sony E mount.
The mount can be swapped out with separately available Canon RF and Leica L and M mounts.

1.5x Squeeze Factor

The AP3 primes' 1.5x anamorphic squeeze factor provides a good fit with full-frame sensors, reducing cropping when used with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The 1.5x squeeze also enables increased distortion control and a smaller lens size.

Cine-Style Design

The AP3 primes have a cine-style design with 0.8 MOD gears, M82 front filter thread, and a dual focus scale in feet and meters designed for handheld use.
