The wide dynamic range of 128 dB and SPL handling of 123 dB allows the Space 103 to easily capture pianos, drum overheads, guitars, classical instruments, and much more. It's optimal transient response also makes it an ideal choice for broadcasts. The frequency response is fine-tuned to require minimal EQ processing in postproduction. The transformer is designed to ensure a transparent and distortion-free sound, without excessive coloration. The cardioid pattern rejects noise from the rear and sides, focusing on your sound source.
