Add quick release capability to support platforms that don't have it with this KONDOR BLUE 501 Quick Release Receiver & Plate. The receiver features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 HELICOIL inserts, enabling you to mount it on platforms with that mounting stud. The receiver features a spring-loaded locking lever, allowing you to adjust the forward/back position of your late, and to lock/loosen the plate when your rig is too tightly packed to allow the lever to rotate a full 360°. The release plate itself features a central channel to help you balance your camera rig, and comes with both a 1/4"-12 and 3/8"-16 captive tie-down screw.
