The Shark S6 6-Channel HDMI/SDI Video Switcher from AVMATRIX features 6-channel HDMI/SDI input / output and can stream via Ethernet, capture and connect to computer conferencing apps via USB, PTZ camera control, SD card and USB recording, transitions, effects, audio mixing, keying, and features a 5" HD color display.
Live Stream via Ethernet
The LAN port supports IP streaming transmission through RTMP/S, RTSP, and SRT protocols, allowing users to easily live stream video to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch for high-quality productions.
External USB and SD Card Record
The SD card slot and USB-A interface allow direct recording of the program (PGM) output, making it easy to capture your live program. It supports up to 32 Mb/s encoding in MJPEG file format.
Streaming via USB
The USB-C port allows the switcher to go into webcam mode, sending video and audio output to a computer for live broadcasts to a variety of platforms such as OBS, vMix, Teams, Twitch, YouTube, Skype, VLC, and more. It supports Windows, Linux, and macOS computer systems.
PTZ Camera Control
Featuring PTZ control, operators can remotely control the pan, tilt, and zoom of PTZ cameras via LAN and/or RS-232/422/485 serial connections. It supports VISCA, VISCA-over-IP, Pelco P/D, and ONVIF protocols.
Versatile Input and Output
There are four SDI and two HDMI inputs, two SDI and one HDMI PGM outputs, one HDMI multiview output, and two SDI aux outputs that allow operators to configure and combine output from any of the six inputs, PGM, PVW, multiview, and more.
Built-In 5" Display
The built-in 5" LCD provides a multiview display with real-time monitoring of six inputs as well as streaming and recording status.
Landscape and Portrait Mode
The switcher supports both portrait and landscape modes for multiview output. The user can choose the layout they need, depending upon different streaming and production needs.
Audio Mixer
The integrated audio mixer enhances your productions by combining two external mic inputs and six-input embedded audio. Operators can also set the AFV and utilize the audio delay feature to ensure video/audio sync.
Enhanced Chroma Key
The Shark S6 features enhanced chroma key technology over previous switcher models delivering precise background removal for virtual studios and live events.
